The E-Learning and Online Teaching Graduate Certificate program offered online through UW-Stout has provided an opportunity for me to expand my skills and extend my knowledge as a professional educator. An experienced Teacher Librarian with a deep interest in educational technology, pursuit of the certificate has also reinforced my teaching philosophy:

- support effective use of information
- facilitate skills for independence
