I chose not to widen the frame for the pdf because it didn't look nice when displayed beyond the white background. Also, the problem is resolved by adding instructions for using the command icons for viewing the pdf that are at the top of the frame. This Google Gadget also easily allows for downloads and printing. Important content in the graphics is larger and easier to read, particularly in the large graphic on page two that clarifies the differences between the basic and pro versions of the app. The quotable section from the website that appeared in the original graphic became a sort of "page subtitle" so the original intent of the information could still come through. Perhaps irrelevant for the tip sheet, the information is there to plant a seed for other uses by students in the future. The Join.me graphic from the title page was swapped out for a join.me Wordle for a less formal, more friendly feel and to quickly highlight the most important features of the app. The color text throughout the document was altered to better complement the join.me palette.
If I were to modify the tip sheet further, I would recapture the images and use mark ups (lines and arrows) in a color from the join.me palette there as well.
